Imagine a solution
A building challenge gives curious children something concrete to think about. They can ask questions, consider an idea and decide what to try first.
Mini Maker
For the child who always asks, ‘Can I make it?’
The urge to build starts early. Mini Maker gives young children a place to explore it with purpose: a challenge to investigate, materials to work with and an instructor to help them try their ideas. Small discoveries can become a powerful feeling: ‘I figured that out.’
Typically ages 5–7 · Membership sessions: 1 hour

Small makers, big curiosity
Mini Maker introduces engineering and design through guided challenges. Children explore possible solutions and make choices of their own, with help when they need it. The focus is on developing the habit of trying, noticing what happens and making an adjustment—not on already knowing the answer.

Age-appropriate making connects an idea to something they can touch and change. Different choices offer opportunities to discover how a design works.
When a first attempt needs work, an instructor can help a child see the next possibility. Testing and changing become ordinary parts of creating.

Why it matters for your child
At this age, making is about more than technical vocabulary. It is practice expressing an idea, working through a small challenge and noticing progress. Mini Maker offers a welcoming entry point for children who love building and are ready to explore with guidance.
