Our student sponsorship goal

Our goal this year is to fund a year of membership for 100 students. Each full sponsorship creates another opportunity to learn through making. Confirmed campaign progress will be shared here as funding is recorded.

GEA funds access. Guild Hall provides the learning.

Need help covering membership costs?

Apply for a Sponsored Membership

We want more children to have access to hands-on learning. Families who need help covering membership costs can apply to GEA for a confidential financial-assistance review.

GEA reviews applications and awards full or partial membership support as funding and suitable program spaces become available. Approved sponsorship funds are paid directly to Guild Hall Learning.

Applying, meeting eligibility criteria, or joining the waitlist does not guarantee a funded membership.

The GEA application form is not available here yet. Applications are not being collected on this website.

Applications and award decisions are managed by GEA.

Submit financial verification only through GEA’s application process. Please do not send financial documents or hardship details through Guild Hall’s contact or donation forms.

Financial verification is handled by GEA. Guild Hall receives the enrollment and award information needed to provide your membership.

No. Photographs, testimonials, and donor contact are not requirements for financial assistance.

For supporters: annual funding examples

These examples help supporters understand the cost of 12 months of membership with one class each week. They are fundraising illustrations, not award terms. GEA determines each award; its written award sets the covered membership, dates, costs and family contribution.

What a student gains

  • Time to explore: regular opportunities to develop an idea and improve a project.
  • Tools and guidance: age-appropriate equipment, materials and instructor support within the membership program.
  • Confidence and persistence: practice testing, troubleshooting and trying again.
  • A learning community: space to collaborate, share discoveries and explain decisions.

Corporate & community sponsorships

Fund several student memberships, explore an employee giving match or discuss supporting access at a particular studio. We can help your organization shape a contribution around the learning opportunity you want to create.

Sponsor 5 students

$10,740–$11,820

Sponsor 10 students

$21,480–$23,640

Ranges reflect Mini/Jr through Senior membership rates for 12 months, one class per week. The total campaign budget depends on the student membership mix.

Supporter questions

Can I contribute less than a full membership?

Yes. GEA accepts gifts of different amounts. Contact us to discuss contributing toward the student sponsorship effort and confirm the allocation of your gift.

How are students selected?

GEA reviews financial eligibility and selects recipients. Guild Hall confirms program availability. Donors cannot select a particular child, and a donation does not approve or enroll a student.

Does a year include summer camps?

The estimates cover 12 monthly membership payments for one scheduled class per week, subject to the studio calendar. Summer camps are separate programs.

Can I make a monthly contribution?

Yes, we can discuss monthly support. The monthly equivalents above show the cost of a full 12-month commitment; confirm recurring payment arrangements with GEA before starting.

Who handles my donation and receipt?

Zeffy handles donation confirmations and configured receipts through GEA’s existing setup. Guild Hall does not independently issue duplicate tax receipts. Please contact GEA with donation or receipt questions.
